SPLIT PULLER
Job Summary: The Split Puller is at the center of this function. The responsibilities go beyond pulling items from shelves and putting them in boxes. The order puller must be consistent, attentive to detail, and informed about the goods the company handles to be able to provide the customers exactly what they need and expect.
Qualification Guidelines
Responsibilities:
- Meet company standards for productivity.
- Locate and accurately pull orders in a timely fashion.
- Ensure the correct quantity of product (double-check quality of your work).
- Keep soft products on top of heavy products. (follow loading and unloading procedures.)
- Follow daily inventory control procedures (First in first out).
- Clean and maintain the warehouse inside and out. (This includes all coolers; pick up trash; sweeping floor and back dock area and empty trash as needed.)
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate with supervisors and warehouse department employees any issues related to performing duties.
- Find ways to improve and or increase productivity.
- Follow all HACCP, SQF, and OSHA rules and regulations.

- The employee must lift and or move up to 50 to 75 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
