Sales Executive
Job Summary: The Sales Executive promotes and sells company products through direct contact with assigned territory and customer accounts. Sales Executives schedule sales calls and submit reports of sales activities. Identifies prospective customers and compiles information on competitive products. A sustained record of sales achievement and complete knowledge of the organization's policies, products, and/or services characterize this position. Telecommuting required. Work requires a willingness to work flexible schedule and occasional weekends, evenings, early morning, and holidays.
Qualification Guidelines
Responsibilities:
- Local travel is required.
- The Sales Executive must maintain good relationships with existing accounts through regular Phone contact, e-mails, or personal contacts on a systematic basis.
- The Sales Executive should build a connection between the current and future market with PSP and maintains daily sales activity sheets to ensure proper account and territory penetration.
- Develops new accounts through sales calls, proposals, and presentations; follow up and provide accurate feedback on the future buying trends to PSP.
- The Sales Executives should review their own aim and the performance at exceeding their targets.
- Need to assist management in taking the appropriate decisions in the discussions in the forthcoming products and on the special promotions and develop relationships with existing and potential accounts through personal visits, trade shows, industry meetings, and seminars.
- Record the sales and the other information and is responsible for sourcing and developing new business and achieving the sales plan.
- Reports the sales report to the sales department and reviews all accounts to ensure satisfaction.
- Displays efficiency in gathering the customers and market information to enable conflicts regarding the customer specifications to their managers, delivery, and the variation in the prices.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reviews with the Credit Department to ensure accounts are within terms.
- Maintain a profile on all accounts to include order guides, statements periodicals, and overall reporting. Verify pricing information to ensure accuracy.
- Attend Sales Meetings, Training Sessions, Food Shows, and Conferences as deemed necessary by Management and Customer requirements.
- Abide by all the safety-training guidelines and operate within SOP stated in the Peddler's Son Safety Manual.
