May 16: National Coquilles St. Jacques Day – A baked scallop dish that is a mixture of butter, cream, mushrooms and Parmesan cheese baked in a scallop shell.  We’ve got your back on everything but the scallops.

May 17: National Cherry Cobbler Day – Cherries R Us!  Call us!

May 18: National Cheese Soufle Day – Hey, der we’re all from Wisconsin.  We know cheese and we’ve got it!
